Iconic Keepsakes
What are Iconic Keepsakes?
Iconic Keepsakes are a unique, two-part souvenir system that allows you to create a personalized keepsake. Each set includes a base (magnet, ornament, postcard, etc.) and a selection of custom icons that can be easily placed and rearranged on the base. The finished product is a unique, handcrafted souvenir that celebrates a special moment or journey.
Where are Iconic Keepsakes made?
We’re proud to share that all Iconic Keepsakes are designed, manufactured, and shipped from Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada. We believe in local craftsmanship and personally oversee every step of the process to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

What are Iconic Keepsakes made of?
Iconic Keepsakes are all made from high-quality, sustainably sourced birch plywood. Each base and icon is individually hand-assembled with care in our workshop!
Do all of your wood products look the same?
While we stive for the highest quality products, our products are handmade from natural materials. Wood naturally has defects; therefore, the products you receive may vary slightly in size, shade, and colour. There may be knots, wood grain changes and other imperfections with the wood that would enhance the character of our products.
Can I sell your products on my website?
Unfortunately, no. The sale or distribution of Iconic Keepsakes to a third party (Amazon, Ebay, etc.) other than an end consumer is strictly prohibited unless specifically approved in writing by Iconic Keepsakes.
Can I make a custom Iconic Keepsake
Yes! We love bringing your creative ideas to life. We offer a custom design service where you can work with our team to create a personalized base and icons for a your business, promotion or special occasion.

Orders & Support
How can I place an order?
We currently accept orders through email or phone. Once you place your order, we will send you an invoice for payment.
Please have an order form or catalogue available when ordering so that you can reference item numbers!
What is your minimum order size?
All Iconic Keepsake orders need to be a minimum of $100 before shipping and taxes. Each product has a minimum order quantity.
Do you provide credit terms?
All initial orders are pre-payment only. Once we have completed the initial order, you can apply for net 30 day terms providing you have completed a credit application and have been approved by Iconic Keepsakes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cheques, email money transfers, wire payments and credit cards.
If paying by wire, please email a copy of your remittance advice as proof of payment. Any fees associated with wires must be covered in the amount sent.
If paying by credit card, we reserve the right to implement a credit card surcharge. To keep our prices competitive, the current credit card fee is 2.4%.
How long will it take to receive my order?
To maintain the lowest possible prices, we manufacture all goods to order. Our goal is to ship all orders within 10 business days (not including any design work). Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Custom orders may take longer.
Lead times may vary due to supply chain and manufacturing issues. We do experience seasonal fluctuations. Your sales representative will be able to provide the most accurate shipping times.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date. If you have any issues with tracking your order, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping & Returns
Is shipping included in your prices?
To provide the best possible prices to our customers, shipping is not included in our prices.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently offer shipping to Canada and the United States. If you are located in a different country, please reach out to us!
Are tariffs included in your prices?
Any international tariffs, duties or taxes to import our products into your country is the responsibility of the customer. Iconic Keepsakes pricing does not include tariffs, duties and taxes.
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are shipped F.O.B. our warehouse in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs will be calculated using standard Canada Post/UPS shipment calculation methods based on dimensional box size, weight, destination and service required/requested. We can only provide shipping costs upon processing of the actual shipment.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, domestic orders within Canada are delivered within 3-5 business days. United States shipping times may range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or customs procedures!
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. All orders come with a 7 day money back guarantee. Items must be in resalable condition. Simply contact us to get a return number and return the merchandise with the original invoice and we’ll gladly refund your purchase price in the same form as initial payment. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refund if items are damaged.
Note: Return shipping is NOT covered.
How do I initiate a return?
Initiating a return is easy. Simply contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions on returning the product. Please note that return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
What if my order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the product?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a damaged or defective product. If you receive a damaged item or there is an issue with the product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging a replacement.

This means you have zero upfront costs or inventory purchases weighing down your budget. You only pay when you re-fill your display with more best-selling Iconic Keepsake souvenirs, plus the cost of shipping.

- An initial batch of our best-selling Iconic Keepsake souvenirs, completely free of charge to get you started.
What's Not Included?
While our initial partnership offers significant advantages, here’s what you will be responsible for:
- Refill Product Costs: After the initial free initial stock, you will purchase any additional Iconic Keepsake products needed to restock your display.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees for the initial display and stock, as well as all subsequent refill orders will be your responsibility.
What designs are included?
Our Risk-Free Partnership includes an initial batch of our base designs (including city name drops). These are our most popular and universally appealing Iconic Keepsake bases and icons, carefully selected to offer broad appeal to your customers right from the start!
Can I choose the initial designs?
Absolutely! We work with you to select the initial batch of free Iconic Keepsake products to best suit your store and customer base. While these will be from our popular base designs, you’ll have input to ensure they’re a perfect fit for your unique business.
What happens when I sell out?
Once you’ve successfully sold your initial free products, it’s time to reorder and restock your display! You’ll simply place an order for the specific Iconic Keepsake designs and quantities you need to replenish your inventory. At this point, you’ll pay for the cost of these refill products plus the shipping to your location. This ensures you’re always stocked with popular items, keeping your customers happy and your sales strong.
Do you provide a display?
Yes, we provide a complimentary custom display unit to all of our wholesale partners. Our attractive, space-efficient units are designed to showcase the bases and icons, making it easy for customers to browse and create their own souvenir. We have multiple display units to choose from!
Can I order a catalogue?
Absolutely! Please note that we only send catalogs to verified wholesale partners. To become a verified partner and receive a catalog, you bust have a physical giftshop as part of your business. Simply fill out our online contact form and once we review and approve your business, we will send you a digital catalog.
What are your wholesale prices and MOQ?

Do you offer exclusivity to retailers?
Yes, we do! We understand the importance of having a unique offering. We offer exclusivity to our retail partners within a defined geographical area. This ensures you have a distinct selling advantage in your local market.
What happens if we stop selling your products?
If you decide to discontinue stocking Iconic Keepsakes, the process is straightforward and hassle-free. Simply send back our display unit. Any remaining Iconic Keepsake products you have on hand are yours to keep.
What happens if we do not return the display?
As the display unit remains the property of Iconic Keepsakes, we do require its return if you discontinue stocking our products. If the display is not returned, we would need to charge a replacement fee to cover the cost of the unit. We’ll provide all the necessary information for a smooth return process when the time comes to ensure there are no unexpected charges!
